Terms of use
This page explains the general framework for using content, games and the store on minico.tv. For physical orders, order-specific information and sales documents also matter. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Using site content
MiNiCO may feature characters, stories, images, songs, games and product information. You can view content on the site and use the functions provided. Before using images in another product, advertisement, brand or commercial publication, check the Copyright page for permission requirements. Access to content does not grant unlimited reproduction or redistribution rights.
Children’s use and adult guidance
Parents or caregivers should assess content choices, activity duration and use of physical products. Purchase steps must be completed by an authorised adult. Follow the use and safety warnings on product packaging. No general guarantee is made that content suits a particular child or produces a specific educational outcome.
Product information, stock and orders
Before ordering, check the product name, package contents, quantity, current price, stock and delivery details. Decorative objects in product photos are not included unless listed as package contents. Sets have different contents. Adding an item to the cart does not itself pay for it or reserve stock. Review the total and purchase documents before payment.
Payment and accurate information
Use up-to-date contact and delivery information at checkout. Card payments go through PayTR and may require bank verification. Available methods are those offered on the payment screen for that transaction. A provider being well known online does not mean MiNiCO accepts it. If the result is unclear, check the order status with support before attempting another payment.
Games, access and device compatibility
Games and content may work differently depending on the device, browser, connection or storage settings. Game saves may not sync across devices. Internet access or third-party services may be required. Report problems with the page address, device and browser details. Automated requests that disrupt the site or others’ access, unauthorised access attempts and bypassing security controls are not permitted.
External links and third-party services
MiNiCO may link to payment services, video platforms or social networks. Their account, data-processing and content terms apply separately. Changes to external features or availability do not mean MiNiCO guarantees the same experience on every device. Do not send passwords or payment details when reporting a suspicious link.
Updates and contact
Content, products and technical features may be updated. Changes to this page do not retroactively remove mandatory rights attached to completed orders. If you are unsure about a specific order’s terms, contact us with its documents. General questions can be sent to [email protected].
