Privacy and data use
Browsing MiNiCO, buying products, playing games and requesting support involve different data processing activities. This page explains those activities, browser storage and how to send privacy requests. Send privacy questions to [email protected].
Information collected when ordering
The checkout form asks for your first and last name, email, phone number, province, district and delivery address; it also includes a postcode field. Cart items and quantities, order amount and number, payment status and consents given at purchase may be associated with the order. This information is used to create the order, complete payment, arrange delivery and provide order support.
Card details and the PayTR payment screen
Card details are not entered in MiNiCO’s order form; PayTR provides the payment screen. Bank or payment service pages may open during bank verification. Their own privacy and security terms also apply. Do not send support your full card number, CVV, card PIN or one-time verification code. For order support, start with limited details such as the order number and transaction date.
Email correspondence
Contact links may open the email app on your device. When you email us, your sender address, message and attachments are used to assess your request. Company, contact and project details in collaboration enquiries help us evaluate them. Do not send unnecessary personal information about children, health information or identity documents. Hide payment and address details in support screenshots wherever possible.
Cart, game progress and device storage
Cart contents and some order-status records may be stored in your browser. Some games may save sound preferences or progress in the same browser. This does not mean you have an account that works across every device. Clearing site data, using a private window or switching browsers may change the cart or saved game progress you see. On shared devices, check the cart and open pages when you finish.
Optional measurement status
Optional analytics, advertising measurement and advertising personalisation are disabled in this version. MiNiCO does not load its optional Google measurement tag. Continuing to browse does not enable these services or count as consent. Storage used for cart and game functions remains available.
Measurement and service data
MiNiCO’s optional measurement system does not send page-view, navigation or purchase events in this version. Information needed to process orders and payments continues to be used for those services. Embedded videos, external platforms and payment providers may process data under their own practices.
Providers and external links
Service providers may support hosting, payment, delivery and email. The current site configuration includes Cloudflare, PayTR and Google services, with embedded content and external links to social and video platforms. These third-party services have their own privacy practices and terms. Contact us for specific information about the carrier or provider used for your order. This does not mean all providers have access to the same data.
Children and parents
We recommend that a parent or authorised adult handle purchases and order correspondence. We do not ask for a child’s name, school or photo by email for general content use. If a project or activity involves sharing a child’s image or personal information, the purpose and scope must first be clarified separately. Do not unnecessarily include images of other children in support or collaboration messages.
Retention and personal data requests
Retention of order, accounting and support records is assessed according to their purpose and the relevant obligations. You can request information about your personal data, correction, and deletion where applicable, by writing to [email protected]. Explain the scope of your request; do not send more information than necessary to verify your identity.
